A day with your team

What they handled while you worked

You open the shop, see clients, pick up the kids. Here is an ordinary Tuesday.

  1. 08:30
    LunAMorning brief
    Your morning brief arrives

Today's bookings, who is waiting on you, what customers asked overnight — one page.

  2. 10:15
    MinALead saved
A customer asks for a price on Telegram

She answers from your price list and adds them to your leads.

  3. 14:00
    MinAWaiting for you
    A customer books Saturday morning

She offers only times your calendar really has free, then waits for your OK.

  4. 16:30
    MinAPayment link sent
A customer is ready to pay

She sends your own payment link. The money goes straight to you.

  5. 18:40
    SorAOut tomorrow 10:00
    Tomorrow's post needs a yes

Image and caption are ready. Tap Approve on your phone and it goes out at 10:00 tomorrow.

  6. 20:05
    FionAIn the books
    You snap a supplier's receipt

She reads it, files it in your books, and tells you this month's profit so far — worked out by code, not guessed.

  7. 23:10
MinANot in your material → asks you
Someone asks at midnight if it's in stock

If your material says, she answers. If not, she notes the question and asks you in the morning.

And every Monday morning, a weekly report tells you what they did last week.

The team

Meet your team

Five of them today. Each one does a job you are doing yourself right now.

LunA
Assistant

Drafts, tidies, reminds, thinks out loud with you.

What she does
  • Drafting emails, messages and short copy
  • Turning scattered notes into clean lists and summaries
  • Remembering what you asked for and bringing it back up
  • Giving you a few concrete options when you are undecided
What talking to them looks like
Draft a follow-up to that client, nudge them about the quote I sent last week
Done: "Following up on the quote from last week — any chance you could get back to me this week? Happy to adjust it if needed." Want me to set a reminder to follow up again if there's no reply in 3 days?

More of them are coming.

What they do

The jobs you do every day, taken off your hands

Each one is something the product does today — not a promise.

Customer service, day and night

Answers your customers on Telegram — prices, opening hours, what's in stock. Says it's an AI every time, and hands money and complaints to you.

Telegram
Teach one, and everyone knows

Price lists, FAQs, shop rules — PDF, Word, Excel, photos or a web page. Anything customers asked that isn't there gets listed for you to fill in.

A week of posts, planned

SorA plans the week around holidays and your business, image and caption included. Approve, and each goes out on time.

Instagram · Facebook
Approve from your phone

Every draft reaches your Telegram with Approve and Reject buttons. No laptop needed.

Telegram
Customers book their own time

Only slots that are really free. You approve, it goes into your calendar, and she tells the customer.

Google
Your payment links, sent for you

When a customer is ready to pay, she sends the link you set up. The money never passes through us.

Buyers written down for you

Name, contact and what they want, in one list. Tap to call, or open WhatsApp.

Order lookups

A customer gives an order number; she finds it in your Google Sheet and shares only the columns you allow.

Google
Replies from your own Telegram

With Telegram Premium, customers message you directly and she replies for you. The moment you type, she steps back.

Telegram
Regular jobs

A morning brief, a weekly marketing plan, or a line of your own — set it once, and it runs on schedule.

Your books, kept

Tell FionA a sale in one line or snap a receipt. She files it, sends invoices after your OK, and chases late payers. Every number is worked out by code.

A weekly report

Once a week: how much got done, how many customers were helped, and what your material couldn't answer.

Three languages, your time zone

English, Chinese and Malay — she answers in the customer's language, on your local clock.

Features marked Google or Instagram · Facebook open up as each platform finishes its review.

Auto Pilot

Set her speed.
Draft and wait — or Auto Pilot.

Every drafted action — a calendar change, an email, a row in your order sheet — starts as a card that waits for you. That's the default every owner starts on.

Flip on Auto Pilot for a capability you trust her with, and she stops waiting: a conflict-free calendar change is written the moment she drafts it, an email lands straight in your Gmail drafts. You get the time back — what she can touch doesn't change, only whether you see it first.

Auto Pilot is a switch per capability, not one switch for everything — and not every draft gets the option. A row added to your order sheet always waits: a bad calendar entry is one click to undo, a bad row can ship among two hundred others before anyone notices.

How it works

Three steps, then they work

  1. 1
    Tell them about the business

A few questions, once. What you sell, who buys it, what eats your time.

  2. 2
    Hand them your material

Price lists, FAQs, house rules. Drop in a PDF and they read it. They answer from it and say so.

  3. 3
They start. You get the queue

They work, and anything that needs a person comes to you — with what was asked and why they stopped.

Made for people who do everything themselves

If you are the one who answers, quotes, books and posts, this is for you. Made in Southeast Asia, for small businesses anywhere — in English, 中文 and Bahasa Melayu.

Home bakers and food sellers

Quotes, orders and "is it still available?" messages at eleven at night, answered before you open your eyes.

Shops, stalls and salons

"Open on the public holiday?", "Size M in stock?", "Can I book 3pm?" — answered while you're busy at the counter.

Social sellers

"PM for price" messages answered, orders written down from the chat, payment links sent, and a week of product posts ready by Monday.

Online shop owners

Customer questions on Telegram, order rows in your sheet, and a week of promo captions ready to approve.

Content creators and influencers

Brand collab enquiries answered with your rate card, next week's content planned, captions drafted for you to approve.

One-person companies and freelancers

The follow-ups you keep meaning to send, quotes chased, your diary kept straight — so you can get on with the work.

What they will not do

So you can hand things over without worrying.

Your customers are told they are talking to an AI

In the first message, every time. It cannot be switched off.

They say when they do not know

If the answer is not in your material, they will not invent one. It comes to you instead.

They never promise a refund on your behalf

Money, complaints and anything that binds you goes to a person. That person is you.

Everything here is yours to take

Your material, every conversation, what they learned. One file, whenever you want it.

If she says it's done, it is

If she ever says a draft is ready when it isn't, you are told.

Sums done to the cent

Prices, discounts and totals are worked out by a calculator, not guessed.

Works where you already are

Nothing to install. They meet you and your customers in the tools you use now.

TelegramReady now

Your customer service answers customers here, day and night, and hands anything important to you.

XReady now

Posts are drafted for you, and one tap opens X with the text already filled in.

Google Calendar, Gmail and SheetsRolling out

Calendar changes and email drafts wait for your yes. Orders can go straight into your sheet.

Instagram and FacebookRolling out

Post drafts go out to your page after you approve them.

WhatsAppRolling out

Customer service on your own WhatsApp number — coming as soon as Meta approves us.

Questions people ask first

Short answers.

Do I need to be technical?

No. There is nothing to install and nothing to configure. You answer a few questions about your business, and they start the same day.

What happens to my business information?

It stays with your company. An employee can only read your material, never another company's, and none of your conversations are used to improve anything anyone else sees. You can export the whole lot as one file, or delete it.

Will customers mind that it is an AI?

They are told in the first message, every time, and that cannot be switched off. In practice being answered at eleven at night matters more than who typed it — and the moment it is about money or a complaint, it stops and hands the customer to you.

What if it answers something wrongly?

If the answer is not in your material it says so and passes the question to you, rather than inventing one. Answer it once and it knows it from then on.

Do I have to use Telegram?

For now, customer service answers on Telegram — WhatsApp is on the way. Your assistant works here on the site and needs nothing installed.

What does it cost to try?

Nothing. Billing is not open yet, so the trial is free and there is no card to enter. When it does open you will see the price before anything is charged.

The details are in the Privacy Policy.
