How to delete your data

What we hold

Your account and company details; the material in your knowledge base; your conversations with your employees and your customers' conversations with your Community Manager; the drafts and records your employees made; your employees' memory; and, for each account you connected (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram), its id, name and an encrypted access token.

Delete everything

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Close this account. Your employees stop at once and none of your connected accounts is used again. For 60 days nothing is destroyed — if it was a mistake, write to us and we restore it; after that, the company and everything listed above is permanently deleted.

Remove one connection

Google: on your Assistant's page, under Google account, choose Disconnect. You can also revoke AAAAI in your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.

Facebook and Instagram: on your Social Media employee's page, choose Disconnect. You can also remove AAAAI in Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, or Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites.

Telegram: on your Community Manager's page, disconnect the bot.

Gmail add-on: in Gmail, open the AAAAI add-on menu (⋮) and choose Disconnect AAAAI, or disconnect it on your Assistant's page.

Disconnecting deletes the stored access token straight away.

Delete one thing

Material in your knowledge base, and things an employee remembers, each have a Remove button where they are listed. Anything we hold that you cannot remove yourself, we remove on request.

Ask us

You can also write to us and ask for any of the above, or for a copy of your data. We will confirm by email once it is done.
