Terms of Service (draft)

Last updated: 2026-09-29 · Draft — pending review by a lawyer before launch.

1. What this service is

This platform gives you AI employees. Everything an AI employee produces — copy, advice, replies to your customers — is a suggestion, not professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You are responsible for checking what they write and for every decision you make on the back of it.

2. Telling people they are talking to an AI

When an AI employee speaks to your customers or anyone else on your behalf — on Telegram, for example — the platform states at the start of the conversation that they are talking to an AI. This is a fixed part of the service and cannot be switched off. You must not present an AI employee as a human being.

3. Accounts you connect, and what employees do in them

You may connect your own Google account (Calendar, sending email from Gmail, Contacts, Tasks, Sheets, Drive), a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account and Telegram. Employees act in them only in the ways described in the product and in this section.

An email is sent, a calendar event is created, changed or cancelled, a row is added to a spreadsheet, and a post is published only after you approve the draft — except calendar changes you have put on Auto Pilot, which are made straight away. Sending email is never on Auto Pilot: every email waits for your approval, and once sent it cannot be recalled.

When you ask for it, a reminder is added to your Google Tasks and a new document or spreadsheet is saved to an "AAAAI" folder in your Google Drive without a separate approval. These only ever add something; employees never edit or delete your existing tasks or files.

You are responsible for what you approve and for having the right to contact the people your employees write to. You can disconnect any account at any time. Your use of Google, Meta and Telegram is also governed by their own terms.

4. The Gmail add-on

The AAAAI add-on for Gmail reads only the email you have open, and only after you press one of its buttons. A reply it drafts is placed in your reply box as a draft; it is sent only if you send it yourself.

5. What you agree not to do

You will not use the platform to: (a) distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent content; (b) harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone; (c) send bulk or unsolicited messages or email; (d) upload material you have no right to use; (e) break the rules of the platforms you connect; or (f) work around the platform's security or usage limits. We may suspend or end the service if we find any of this happening.

6. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on third parties, including Anthropic's models, Google, Meta and Telegram. We do not promise it will be available all the time, error-free, or uninterrupted. When an AI employee cannot work properly, the platform tells you plainly rather than producing something wrong.

7. Plans, Credits and top-ups

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Credits — the measure of the work employees do — and a number of employees who can work at once. One branch is included; two or more need the Enterprise plan. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. A plan can be paid monthly or yearly.

When a month's allowance is used up, Credits from top-up packs are used next, earliest to expire first. A top-up pack gives 1,000 Credits and is valid for six months from purchase. When those are used up too, employees slow down and then pause until the next month or until you add a top-up. We never bill you for going over.

Changing our prices never changes the price of a plan you are already paying for. You can cancel at any time, and the plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for.

8. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the dispute arose.

9. Your data

The material you upload and the conversations you have belong to you. We process them only to run the service, and each company's data is stored separately. See the Privacy Policy for the detail, and the Data Deletion page for how to remove it.

10. Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms and will give notice of anything significant. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to export or delete your data.
